Erin focuses on providing construction-related litigation and transactional counseling to private and public clients. Among these are owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Erin advises clients and handles disputes in all areas of construction law, including bidding, private and public contracts, mechanics' liens, stop notices, and surety bonds.

Successful representation, as co-trial counsel, of a multi-national contractor against a public entity in a five-week arbitration hearing on a multi-million dollar bridge project involving claims of differing site conditions and changed conditions, as well as associated acceleration and impact claims, resulting in a substantial award.
Prosecution of a general contractor's claims arising out of non-payment for work on several subdivisions against the owners, lenders, and sureties.
Defense of a bid protest alleging non-responsiveness on a $22 million levee improvement project.
Drafting and negotiation, on behalf of a general contractor, of a construction agreement with an owner for multi-million dollar commercial building and remodel.
Representation of an owner and public agency regarding differing a site condition claim of a general contractor arising out of pipeline construction.
Defense of a private owner from multi-million dollar claims of a general contractor, subcontractor and supplier in multi-party construction litigation.
Representation of a general contractor in hearing regarding DBE Good Faith Requirements, resulting in an overturning of the public entity's determination that the contractor did not make a Good Faith Effort to reach the established DBE Goal.
